Blood STI Panel — Syphilis & Hepatitis is a $199 at-home test using small-volume blood (Tasso collection device) that checks 3 markers (Syphilis (RPR, with treponemal confirmation on a reactive screen), Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), Hepatitis C antibody (anti-HCV, with HCV RNA on a reactive screen)). You collect it at home and send it back by FedEx Priority Overnight to our Tampa laboratory to our CLIA-certified laboratory in Tampa, Florida. Results are ready in 2–3 business days from receipt. You view your result securely in your account — never by email.

What it tests for

Syphilis (RPR, with treponemal confirmation on a reactive screen)
Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg)
Hepatitis C antibody (anti-HCV, with HCV RNA on a reactive screen)

IMPORTANT: this panel does NOT include HIV testing. If you want an HIV test, ask your provider, or find free and low-cost testing near you at gettested.cdc.gov. These three infections live in the blood, which is why a urine sample cannot find them. The device presses onto your upper arm and draws a small sample without a needle. A reactive screening result is confirmed on a second, different method before we report it, which can add a day. Note the window period: a very recent exposure may not show up yet, so if you were exposed in the last few weeks, test now and test again later.

What you will be using

Tasso collection deviceA small button that presses onto your upper arm. No needle stays in you and there is no finger to prick — you press it once, let your arm hang down, and it fills on its own in a few minutes.

Collect Monday to Thursday — never on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or public holiday. Couriers do not move samples over a weekend, and a sample that sits too long has to be collected again.
