How it works
- A kit is mailed to the patient — a tamper-evident collection kit for blood and urine, with tracking and a prepaid return label.
- A trained LabX observer joins by video — scheduling the call and guiding and monitoring the collection to help ensure a valid, properly collected specimen.
- Results in 24–48 hours — once the sample reaches the lab, results are posted to a secure portal for the ordering provider.
