We mail a kit to your door, you collect the sample and mail it back in the prepaid packaging, and our CLIA-certified laboratory reviews the result. What the 12-panel detects

Our 12-panel at-home screen comes two ways: a self-collected urine sample, or a fingerstick blood sample. Both are twelve substances — what changes is the specimen, not the width of the panel.

Urine (12): amphetamine, methamphetamine, cocaine, opiates, oxycodone, 6-MAM (heroin), fentanyl, benzodiazepines, barbiturates, PCP, alcohol and marijuana (THC).
Blood (12): the same list without THC, plus MDMA, with alcohol reported as ETS.

Home drug testPriceBest for
12-panel urine$89Self-collect cup; the longest detection windows
12-panel blood (fingerstick)$99A more stable specimen, harder to tamper with
Add full lab (LC-MS/MS) confirmation — 76 drugs+$89Urine $178 or blood $188 in total. Each drug identified by name; defensible results

Prices are for a personal at-home mail-in kit; confirmation is optional and recommended when a result may be acted on.

Lab confirmation vs. instant strip tests

An instant strip test gives a quick presumptive read but can be wrong in either direction β€” foods, medications and cross-reacting substances can trigger a false result. A lab-confirmed test is different: the initial screen flags whether a drug class may be present, and definitive LC-MS/MS confirmation then identifies and quantifies the specific substance. That is the difference between "the strip changed color" and a documented laboratory result you can rely on.

For parents of teens

Deciding whether β€” and how β€” to test a teenager is rarely simple. A private, at-home test can take the confrontation out of the moment: the kit arrives discreetly, collection happens at home, and the result is reviewed by a laboratory rather than guessed at. Many parents use it to open a calm, supportive conversation rather than to catch someone out.

Common questions

How does an at-home drug test kit work?
You order online and we mail a kit to your address. You collect the sample yourself at home, seal it, and mail it back in the prepaid packaging. Our CLIA-certified laboratory reviews the screen, and if you add LC-MS/MS confirmation, any presumptive-positive is confirmed to identify the specific substance. No clinic visit or video appointment is required.
Is an at-home drug test as accurate as a lab test?
It is a lab test β€” the sample you collect at home is processed by our CLIA-certified, COLA-accredited laboratory rather than read off a strip at home. Adding definitive LC-MS/MS confirmation identifies and quantifies the specific drug, which is far more reliable than an instant drugstore strip.
What does a urine vs blood home drug test detect?
Both are twelve substances. Urine covers amphetamine, methamphetamine, cocaine, opiates, oxycodone, 6-MAM (heroin), fentanyl, benzodiazepines, barbiturates, PCP, alcohol and marijuana (THC). Blood covers the same list without THC and adds MDMA. Anything wider — methadone, buprenorphine, tramadol, ketamine, hydrocodone and seventy-odd more — is on the full toxicology screen, not on the 12-panel.
Can I use an at-home drug test to test my teenager?
Yes. Many parents use a private at-home kit to test a teen discreetly and to start a supportive conversation. The kit arrives by mail, collection happens at home, and the result is reviewed by our laboratory. Our parent guides cover how to approach it calmly.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your name, date of birth, phone and address are used only to ship your kit and process your result β€” they are never stored on this website and travel securely to our lab. Payment is handled by Stripe, and your result is kept private to you.
How much does an at-home drug test cost?
A urine 12-panel is $89 and a fingerstick blood 12-panel is $99. You can add full LC-MS/MS lab confirmation of 76 drugs for $89 (urine $178 or blood $188 in total), and USPS Priority Mail shipping for $25. There is no subscription β€” you pay per kit.
How long do results take?
Turnaround begins once your mailed sample reaches the lab, and screening results are typically reviewed within 24 to 48 hours of arrival. The main variable is transit time, which is why faster USPS Priority Mail shipping is offered at checkout. Confirmation testing, if you add it, takes additional lab time.
What is the difference between this and a drugstore strip test?
A drugstore strip is a presumptive test you read yourself and then throw away β€” there is no documentation and false results are common. This is a mail-in test processed by an accredited laboratory, with an optional definitive confirmation step, producing a documented, defensible result.
