LabX Diagnostic Systems, LLC (LabX Diagnostics) and its at-home testing brand Vantage provide laboratory testing. We report what the laboratory measured in your sample. We do not diagnose, treat or manage any condition, and nothing on this website or in your results is medical advice.
A laboratory result is one piece of information. A diagnosis takes your history, symptoms, examination and often further testing. Always consult a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider about your results and before making any decision about your health, medicines or treatment.
Using this website, ordering a test or reading a result does not create a doctorβpatient relationship with LabX Diagnostics, Vantage or our laboratory staff.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this website or in a result. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Results depend on the sample. A sample that is collected incorrectly, too small, contaminated, delayed in transit or collected at the wrong time can give an inaccurate result or be rejected. Many substances and markers are detectable only for a limited time after exposure, so a negative result does not rule out earlier exposure. Follow the collection instructions that come with your kit.
Screening tests are presumptive. Laboratory confirmation, where ordered, identifies specific compounds. Our at-home drug tests are not forensic chain-of-custody tests unless a page states otherwise, and they are not a substitute for a medical or legal evaluation. Workplace programs should have results reviewed by a Medical Review Officer (MRO) or licensed physician where applicable.
We do not currently ship at-home test kits or at-home drug tests to New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island or California. See states we serve.
Some tests and collection devices require an order from a licensed prescriber where a product page says so.
For questions about an order or how a test works, contact us. For questions about what a result means for your health, speak to a licensed physician.
