At-Home STI Panel is a $149 at-home test using urine that checks 6 markers (Chlamydia trachomatis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae (gonorrhea), Trichomonas vaginalis, Mycoplasma genitalium, Ureaplasma urealyticum, Mycoplasma hominis). You collect it at home and send it back by FedEx Priority to our CLIA-certified laboratory in Tampa, Florida. Results are ready in 2–3 business days from receipt. You view your result securely in your account — never by email.

IMPORTANT: this panel does NOT include HIV testing. If you want an HIV test, ask your provider, or find free and low-cost testing near you at gettested.cdc.gov. This is a urine panel. Urine cannot detect blood-borne infections — syphilis, hepatitis B and hepatitis C all need a blood sample. Those three are on our Blood STI Panel, and you can take both in one kit for one fee with the Complete STI Panel.

Collect Monday to Thursday — never on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or public holiday. Couriers do not move samples over a weekend, and a sample that sits too long has to be collected again.

We cannot ship this kit to New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island or California.
Those states restrict laboratory tests ordered directly by the person being tested. If you live there, a clinician has to order the test for you — talk to your own provider, or contact us and we will point you at a clinic that works with our laboratory.
