Find the kit you were sent. If you are not sure which you have, the device in your box tells you — and your order confirmation names it too.
📅 Collect Monday to Thursday, and post it back the same day.
Do not collect on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, and avoid the days either side of a holiday. Couriers do not move samples over a weekend, and a sample that has sat too long has to be rejected and collected again. If you are unsure whether a week is affected, leave it until the following Monday — the kit keeps.
Tasso collection device · no needle, no fingerstick
The device presses onto your upper arm and fills on its own. It takes about twenty minutes, and most of that is waiting.
Collection cup and transfer tube
A clean-catch sample into the cup, then transferred to the tube that goes back to the laboratory.
Microsampling tip and lancet
Used only on toxicology and drug-screen kits. If your box has a lancet, this is your guide.
