LabX sells one employer screen, the 12-panel: $89 per urine kit or $99 per fingerstick blood kit on pay-as-you-go pricing, with no contracts and no hidden fees.

Is there a discount for buying kits in bulk?

Yes. A prepaid bundle saves $5 per kit. We invoice the bundle after you sign up.

How can my company pay?

Choose a prepaid bundle, or keep a card on file and pay as you go — you are charged per kit as you order. Cards are tokenized by Stripe and the number never touches our servers.

Can presumptive positive results be confirmed by the lab?

Yes. You can enable laboratory confirmation of presumptive-positive results for $25 per positive, which is recommended for defensible workplace testing.

Do you store employee health information on this website?

No. The website stores only your business contact details and a Stripe card reference.

Who runs the testing?

Kits are processed by LabX Diagnostic Systems, LLC, a CLIA-certified (CLIA 10D2067145) laboratory in Tampa, Florida.
